The Bar Graph for IELTS

The bar charts give information about the number of French people who spoke their regional languages in the past and spoke now within their families.

It can clearly be seen that the regional languages, compared to the past, are spoken less by their families today than they used to be.

As we can observe, Occitan language was spoken more than other regional languages in the past. Furthermore, Occitan were habitually spoken by 600,000 people, whereas it was occasionally spoken by 1,080,000 people. On the other hand, there is a significant decrease in the number of people speaking the language with their children now. It has dropped to solely 250,000 speakers.

Today, the most common regional language is Alsatian which was spoken habitually as much as Occitan, however it was spoken occasionally among only by 240.000 people.
By contrast, 60.000 people speak Corsican language which has the lowest rates on the charts.

In conclusion, the number of people who was speaking the all French regional languages within families habitually or occasionally has decreased prominently. 

What can you do to help prevent pollution?

It is question which was given by my teacher. Actually there were 4 question and she said that which one I would like to answer it and select it. So, I should answer what I think about it and I am going to talk about it at least 60 second.

Question: What can you do to help prevent pollution?

Pollution is when water, air or land become very dirty. There are 3 different types of pollution effecting different areas in the world.

 Pollution is mainly the result of human activities. And small things we do everyday can help diminish  pollution and improve the protection of the environment as well as human health.

There are some important but also easy things on what we can to help prevent pollution.

First one is that we take public transportation. If you chose to take car rather than public transportation, you will emit several times more (about 25 times more) co2 emission.

Second one is saving electricity. Don't leave your electronic devices on stand-by mode. Shut them off completely and also you will save %10 of your bills.

Third and last one is don't waste clean water unnecessary.
use the minimum amount of water needed for a bath and start dishwashers and clothes washers only when they are fully loaded.

tons of homeworks..

I have tons of homework to do. And I am really bored. Only 3 days have passed. I should focus English very deeply.. So I am coming back to my homework which I have to do this till tomorrow..  

something is new again!

Long time no write again.. I do not know why but I have been so lazy and inactive since I came back to Turkey from US. 

A lot things have happened in my life.. 

I was enlisted in the NATO by Turkish Army. It took 6 months more or less. It was an experience which is hard to get another places for me.

After that, I started to find money from my parents and putted all money in stock exchange.. I had had a experience of course.. I lost and made moneys in there. But after a while, I was quite lost.. Because I was sitting all day and watching two computer screens. I was totally alone. Some days I did not talk anybody but my parents. I was in trouble as I remember now. 

Then I decided to go the US again. I had money and my parents supported me,too, studying Master about economics. And I started to collect information and documents about universities and applications form for visas etc. 

In those days, I noticed that the scholarship of the Board of Education (M.E.B.) was announced. I was shocked because that had never happened before. I had a one week to go to Ankara in order applying visa for the US. And I called to the embassy and postponed meeting. 

Than again, I applied the scholarship. But it took 3 weeks and as a result one more time I was dismissed. This time It really hurts to me. But I have nothing to do. 

I desisted from the U.S. I started to study English again. 

Then, one day. my phone was ringing and somebody was calling me to invite the job interview. I did not care too much because I did not think that there was a qualified jobs in Antalya. Of course there was tons of jobs but they asked for experience which I did not have. But I accepted the job interview because I had nothing to lose. And you know what, I got the Job which was Fund Management Specialist. I was so happy because it was perfect job for my interest and the salary was not too bad comparing average salary in other sectors.

I was OK in my job. I learned a lot from my managers and other factors.. Then one day, The scholarship was announced again. I had little bit angry because every time I missed it. But I wanted to try one more time.

And I got it this time. 

I prefer to write the rest of story next time. It is time to sleep for me.. :)

something new!!

New Year is coming.. 2010 was quiet interesting year for me and other people around me..

In my life, I have not found anything easily but my family.. I had plans several times about future but nothing has gone on the way.. After army, I got ALES Test - it is like GRE or GMAT) I passed it really good marks, 92 of 100.. It is enough to get scholarship to master and PHD degrees.. Last year, my friends got 78, 84 or sth similar points and those were enough to attend any universities in Turkey and they send my friedns to USA, England or wherever they wanted..

But this year, 92 points were not enough to get that, because ALES was stolen.. And nobody cares even goverment, they were also inside this business...

Now I am confused.. I do not know what to do.. My head is not clear. I have no route and it makes me crazy.. If you dont know where to go, it is not important which roads you choosed..

Yesterday, I decided to go to Manhattan with my camera. And I took some photos from Central Park and 5th Avenue mostly...  I will take photos of other places of New York City . i can take picture because i am totatly free. I had a several problems and i've done these (maybe not, but i feel good! :) ) And finally i decided to come back to my country- Turkey. i will tell you why i decided to come back but now, i just wanna add some photos which i want to you see!

Long time no post, comment even enter this blog as before. I know that learning new language is hard, especiialy if you should learn it percetly or fluently, your job is even harder. As far as I have learned from my experience, writing something the foreign language is the best way for practicing and to follow your development of that.
For example, one day when I look my backward, maybe this article will be makes me feel funny. Long story short, I came back again. And this time I try to write something about something more.
Next article could be that what have been changed in my life.  And I guess that It has to be written by me.
