I do not remember when i encountered first english sentence. Probably, i saw english words in the pc game firstly, than some billboards in my homecity Antalya, Turkey.
I knew several words, ''save, download, upload, exit, windows, document, open, close, press'' to play game!
Than I began to study high school, but my foreign language was german. I hated to german. I hated to learn different language. Evertime we were talking that why we need to learn other language. We could see new world and new thing which is called globalism! But we dindt like to learn other languages anyway. I took bad marks from german all my highschool time! Anyway I graduated highschool and I was clear of german finaly.
Language of education in my university was turkish. I and my friends were doing a lot of thing about future. We managed economy club and did other business things. But we still hade a problem about english. Because we knew and felt that one day we have to learn this shit in any case.
One day, i went to school, i said 'one day' because i went to school so rarely, and i talked one of econometry teacher about analysis of data course. After that I asked her about Erasmus Programme, because i was tired of business stuff and i wanted to live foreign country. AND I needed to speak english for my business!
But I had some problem! Because I had to pass english test for erasmus and i needed to good GPA. And you know what! I had nothing at that time.
After that I started to go one english school. Everyday I went and came back between dormitory and school 50 km. More or less 7 month later i passed english test and i was accepted for erasmus programme. I went to poland to study. I've been there 2 semesters. Erasmus in Poland was the best part of my life. (in the future, i'll write one article about my erasmus life. I already published one blog about erasmus but it is turkish)
One day, one of my friend wanted to hang out with me. Also I wanted to go out with her, too. I was afraid of that. Because I did not speak with somebody alone till that time. Of course I could speak english other people but evertime we were speaking about sth together, that's why i was thinking what i say english to them while others were speaking . But It was first i went out with one girl, and nobody helped to me. Anyway, we went to one pub which you could listen modern jazz and pop music too. When we entered to pub, time was 9 pm. exited from pub, time was 4 am. And you know what, we talked about everything 7 hours. I talked english with someone over 7 hours. That time, I understood why we know to learn english or other languages. Because until that time, I wanted to learn english for business, not less not more. Afterthat i understood that we learn other languages because we get across other people and we laugh, we feel, we get angry, we love...
After Poland, I came back to turkey to graduate my university. I needed to improve my english more and i knew that if i improve english as soon as possible, i have to go the usa or england. I did not want to go england, I do not know why, i feel cold for england. That's why i came the USA. I've been here for 2 months more or less. I had a lot of problem. I solved some of them but still others are living with me. I am living here and I am working in a mall. My english is not improving as well as i want. And I am not such a person who is studing and memorizing every day 10 english words.
Than I thought how can i improve my english fastly. Especially writting skill. The most power skill for me is reading than, listining, speaking and the worst weak for me is writing, as you see.
I decided to publish this blog and I'll write everthing here, especially after chritsmas.
